So yeah. I went and fetched those who are training under Alma's parents. Pretty much all of them besides my party.
We also got several instructors joining in through Aina-san. Good job, Aina-san.

Yeah? According to Menu, the Unique Ability of the next Job after Hero has an unbelievable effect that's indispensable if we want to beat the Demon King.
I thought about how stupidly cheat that was when I first heard about it too. I'm prohibited from divulging that to the hero though so I'm gonna keep it to myself.
He should be gathering more party members to make full use of that ability but it doesn't seem to be going well since he's only inviting girls.
He even tried to invite my party members but they declined him... I won't lie, I was relieved when I found out.
